As a modeling expert with years of experience in the industry, I've seen firsthand the challenges young girls face as they navigate the complex world of fashion modeling. From the pressure to look a certain way to the often-toxic work environments, it can be a harsh industry to break into and succeed in.

I decided to write the Fashion Model PlayBook - to empower young girls and let them know what it's like to be a model. I wanted to provide insights and advice that aren't always discussed openly to help girls make informed career decisions.

One of my main goals in writing this book was to make the modeling world safer for young women. There have been far too many instances of models being mistreated or exploited. I believe that by providing girls with the tools they need to protect themselves, we can help create a more supportive and respectful industry.

In addition, I wanted to stress the importance of self-care in the modeling industry. This is a physically and mentally demanding job; models must care for themselves to thrive. From maintaining a healthy diet and fitness routine to seeking support, I hope my book can help girls prioritize their well-being.
